Terms and Conditions for Frendix Store

General Terms and Conditions

The products in the online store are sold by Frendix Oy, Business ID Business ID 2168997-8. We sell e-commerce products only in Finland to companies that have an invoicing and delivery address in Finland. Delivery costs and VAT are added to the prices of the products. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

 

Purchase

This is a B2B online store. The products are mainly ordered via the online store from the shopping cart or with the request for quotation form at www.frendix.pl/contact-us. The method of payment is invoice.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide a valid email when ordering. The customer accepts the delivery terms in connection with the order.

 

Terms of delivery and payment

Delivery partner is selected by Frendix Oy. The more specific delivery time is determined after the order has been placed and is product-specific. The seller will arrange a separately invoiced freight order to the delivery address. The order can also be picked up from Frendix Oy’s warehouse: Vierikatu 11, 04430 Järvenpää.

We reserve the right to change our order and delivery terms. Before placing an order, the customer must read the latest delivery terms.

The prices of the products in the online store are stated without VAT. At the ordering stage, the relevant VAT is added to the current price. Products can be ordered from the online store with an invoice. The payment term for the invoice is 14 days from the date of the net invoice.

 

Faulty or defective products

If for any reason the product is lost during the transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to by email to: sales@frendix.fi.

The notification must include the following information:

  • Name, address and telephone number
  • Order number

 

Notification for a defective product or incorrect delivery must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the product or package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the carrier immediately. Please contact customer service directly via the “Contact Us” page.

 

Product warranty

Each of our products includes a one-year warranty that begins on the date of delivery. The use of the device must be in accordance with the operating instructions and in 1-shift work. Normal consumables such as wheels and batteries are not covered by the warranty unless they are clearly visible. Returning or cancelling of the order

Products that have been confirmed don’t have the right to be returned or canceled.

 

Order requirement

The customer who orders from the online store must have a valid business ID. At the time of ordering, your credit information will be reviewed.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. Before placing an order, the customer must read the delivery terms.
